Never will we give clients’ details and personal information to third parties unless for the sole purpose of executing the wedding coordination contract.

Wedding Suppliers
We will liaise with proven vendors and manage wedding suppliers; we will do our best to negotiate and obtain discounts and/or cost savings that will be automatically passed on to you.

Wedding Day Planning and Management
We will plan a detailed schedule of your wedding day, handle every aspect and accurately manage every detail seamlessly. We will be there for you offering assistance throughout the Big Day.

Legal Paperwork
Whether you are planning to have a religious or civil ceremony we offer  support with all the legal paperwork.  We will deal with administrative requirements and book appointments with local officials and/or Church authorities prior to your wedding.

Welcome Service
We will arrange guests’ airport pick-up, transfer to/from hotel & accommodation. We will also provide coordination of onsite travel and activities for guests (itineraries and guided tours on request). You will find our special welcome kit at your hotel mentioning all available tours and city highlights.

Before and After the Wedding
Lot’s of times to celebrate! Just ask us and we will organize additional activities such as the rehearsal dinner and day-after brunch for you and your guests.

Honeymoon
If you haven’t already planned your honeymoon we can help you find the most romantic destinations in Italy and abroad. We will also take care of all you need for an unforgettable honeymoon (hotel and flight booking, recommended itineraries and premium tour operators).

Fees
The fee is determined after the consultation once we understand the type of service required. However, fees are generally 20% of your budget. The planning process starts with a complimentary e-mail or telephone consultation at a time convenient to you, this allows us to get to know each other and to understand more about you as a couple. We want to share with you ideas for the wedding and show you how we work. Within 1 week we send you our preliminary proposal suggesting our thoughts about the wedding and including the services we will provide and our quotation. Our personalized CD will help you choose among available reception venues, churches, town halls and floral arrangement suggestions that we have selected for you based on your wedding budget and wishes. You can make any addition or cancel any service as necessary. Our final detailed proposal will mention all services and prices after relevant additions and/or deletions and will be our contract with you. Once you have confirmed the final proposal and quotation you’ll receive a Wedding Planning & Coordination Form listing every item of your wedding and the relevant price.
